We hereby happily and proudly announce that five members of Ashoka College Gymnastics Club have been selected to represent the Sri Lankan National team at The Fifth Gym For Life Competition which will be held in Lisbon, Portugal from 22nd July to 27th July.
They Were honoured at the Morning Assembly on 18th July.
The Managing Director Rev.Dr.Labugama Narada Thero Encouraged and Appreciated their hardwork by a Sponsorship of Rs.250,000.00 and also Representing Bodyline Horana Deputy General Manger Mr. Suranga and Human Resources Manager Mr. Indunil made a Sponsorship to encourage our Ashokians.
Nearly 3800 Participants from 31 countries will participate in this Event.

The Best Boxer (Girls) of TB Jayah Boxing was honoured on 18th July at the Morning Assembly.
To encourage her future Boxing Career the Managing Director Rev.Dr.Labugama Narada Thero donated her Boxing Gloves and other Needed wear.
The Former National Coach and the Present Head Of Boxing Coaches of Sri Lanka and the Human Resources Manager of Ashoka College Mr.Amila Aravinda addressed the morning Assembly highlighting the Boxing Journey of VUC and Importance of Boxing for students.
The enrollment of new members for the Ashoka College Boxing Club was announced by Mr.Amila Aravinda.
And some other Boxing Equipments also were donated for the use of Boxing Club of Ashoka College by the Managing Director Thero.
