KARATE
Karate plays a vital role in a student’s overall development, supporting both physical strength and personal growth in many meaningful ways.
- It also instils confidence and self-esteem, helping students believe in their abilities both inside and outside the training environment. With guidance on proper technique, safety and well-planned nutrition, students are supported in maintaining overall well-being and long-term health.
- Discipline and Focus – Karate teaches self-control, respect and concentration, helping students to improve their academic performance and daily behaviour.
- Self-Defence Skills – Students learn safe and responsible techniques to protect themselves, building awareness and personal safety.
- Confidence Building – As students progress through belt levels, they gain confidence in their abilities and develop a positive self-image.
- Physical Fitness – Karate enhances strength, flexibility, coordination, endurance and overall physical health.
- Mind Balance and Emotional Control – Karate promotes mental balance by improving focus, patience and emotional regulation, helping students to manage stress and stay calm under pressure.

GYMNASTICS
The students who enroll in the after-school gymnastics programme take part in an exciting series of practical training sessions. They practice together with their teachers and two dedicated coaches, who guide them throughout the activities.
During the practice, the students have the opportunity to practice a variety of new skills and techniques, helping them to improve their balance, flexibility, and overall confidence in gymnastics. The well-trained coaches provide step-by-step guidance, ensuring that every student learns safely and effectively.
